Explanation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's 2009 Garden Project Budget Rating
Garden Project
1. "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Landscaping Project Budget Rating" (hereinafter referred to as this quota) It is compiled based on the national and autonomous region standards, specifications and relevant regulations on professional landscaping projects, combined with the actual situation of the autonomous region's landscaping projects, and in accordance with normal and reasonable construction organization design, construction conditions, construction procedures and safe operating procedures.
1. This quota is applicable to the pricing of landscaping and garden construction projects such as new construction, expansion and reconstruction within the administrative area of ??Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Landscaping includes public green spaces (parks, street green spaces, street trees, woodlands, etc.), urban green spaces (for public tours, viewing and resting, outdoor science popularization, cultural, sports and fitness activities, etc.) and with relatively complete facilities and a good ecological environment. Residential areas, parks, squares, amusement parks, scenic spots, etc.), road greenbelts (vehicle green belts, street tree greenbelts, roadside greenbelts), traffic island greenbelts (central island greenbelts, guide island greenbelts, three-dimensional intersection greenbelts) , traffic square green space and parking lot green space, etc.
3. The planting soil in this quota shall be based on the original soil backfill. If the planting soil needs to be screened, it shall be calculated according to the corresponding sub-heading. If it is necessary to replace the planting soil, the base price will be calculated separately according to the "Increase and Decrease Table for Artificial Planting Soil Replacement" in Appendix 3. The replacement of planting soil has deducted the amount of soil replacement for seedlings with a ball diameter exceeding 40am (excluding 40cm).
4. The unit price of planting soil in the quota takes into account the soil transportation distance within 5km. If the transportation distance exceeds 5km, the corresponding sub-item of the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Municipal Engineering Budget Quota" will be applied based on the actual mileage.
5. The fertilizer used for seedling planting is considered as organic fertilizer (fermented sheep manure). If other fertilizers are used, conversion is allowed.
6. Seedling soil planting and later maintenance and management are based on tap water and artificial hose watering, and four times of water penetration shall prevail.
7. If car watering is used for seedling planting and maintenance management, the base price of "car watering and artificial hose watering" in Appendix 4 can be adjusted, and the cost of artificial hoses will be deducted.

If it is planting in gravel soil or frozen soil, on the basis of applying general soil planting, manual digging of gravel soil, solid soil, and frozen soil will be added. cost. The calculation method is the excavation volume (calculated according to the earthwork volume comparison table in Appendix 1) multiplied by the price difference (based on the prices of manual digging of general soil, gravel, solid soil and frozen soil in Appendix 2). Soil classification and identification methods are implemented in accordance with the "Soil and Rock Classification Table" of the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Construction Project Budget Quota".

9. Stone relief, stone engraving
Relief: It is a sculpture that carves convex and concave images on a flat surface. It is an art between round sculpture and painting. manifestation.
Stone reliefs should be classified as follows:
Relief types Processing content
Yin line engraving
First, polish and smooth the surface of the stone. Then engrave. Yang engraving refers to a raised shape, which is a three-dimensional line that displays strokes on a flat object. Intaglio is a three-dimensional line that displays strokes under a flat object. It is a concave shape (with a depth of 2-3mm) and outlines objects, animals, plants, or landscapes.
Flat relief
First, the surface of the stone is flattened, and then the hall is chiselled (the chisel depth is within 60mm) to protrude the pattern to be carved. The convex plane of the figure should be "flat and light", and the hall should be "nailed with fine linen".
Bass relief
First, the initial shape of the stone is chiseled out, the hall is chiseled out (the chisel depth is within 60-200mm), the figure to be carved is protruded, and then the carved figure is processed to make it surface There are ups and downs, and there is a sense of three-dimensionality. The graphic surface should reach the level of "chopping an ax twice", and the hall should reach the level of "nailing fine linen".
High relief
First, chisel out the initial shape of the stone, then chisel off the excess part of the figure to be carved (the chisel depth is beyond 200mm), protrude the figure to be carved, and then carve the figure in detail. This gives it a strong three-dimensional effect (sometimes there is a gap between individual parts of the high relief and the hall). The graphic surface reaches "four times of chopping axe", and the hall reaches "nailing fine linen" or "flat light".
Engineering quantity calculation rules
1. Step stones and stone bridge decks are divided into different thicknesses and calculated based on the horizontal projected area.

4. When brushing metal oil, consider applying anti-rust paint once and blending paint twice. If the design is different, adjustments should be made to increase or decrease. Painting includes high-altitude operations and scaffolding with a height within 3.6m. Scaffolding exceeding 3.6m will be counted separately.
5. The steel structure shall be considered based on on-site production. If it is made by a processing factory, additional transportation and miscellaneous charges may be charged according to relevant regulations.
Engineering quantity calculation rules
1. The engineering quantity for the production and installation of metal components shall be calculated according to the specifications required by the design. The geometric dimensions of the steel material are calculated in terms of t according to the main material geometric dimensions required by the design, without deducting the weight of holes, cut limbs, and cut edges. The polygon is calculated based on the circumscribed rectangle.
2. The production and installation of mesh, painting and installation of flower cellar glass shall be calculated based on the design size.
