The melting temperature Tm of nylon 66 is about 260 ~ 270℃, and that of nylon 10 is about 200 ~ 265,438+00.
The temperature during injection molding is higher than Tm.
Nylon is an ordered polymer, which has no gas, and the most common ones are solid and liquid. After heating to the melting point, it becomes a viscous liquid and can be molded.
