Lei Aiguang, a doctor who graduated from cheeloo university Medical College, came to Cangzhou Hospital from Tianjin Doctor Ma Hospital as the president of Bosch Hospital.

1952, Bosch Hospital was officially taken over by the people's government and renamed as "People's Bosch Hospital in Cangxian County, Hebei Province", with Lei Aiguang as the dean.

1June, 954, changed to "The Second People's Hospital of Cangxian District, Hebei Province".

1956 merged with Cangxian District People's Hospital, which was renamed as Dazhong Hospital.

1June, 958 Cangxian District was merged into Tianjin District, and the hospital was renamed as "The First Hospital of Tianjin District, Hebei Province".
