It's obviously IE's problem. This often happens when upgrading or plugging in viruses. If possible, reinstalling the system is the most thorough. If not, look at the properties of ie, and then look at the axtiveX settings of two custom levels in security, all of which are enabled. Then use 360 to kill plug-ins and trojans.
