What material is non-woven fabric?
Nonwoven fabric is a kind of polyester fiber material. Nonwoven fabrics are also called nonwovens, that is, fabrics that have not been woven or spun. It is not woven by yarns one by one in the traditional sense, but a cloth formed by directly bonding fibers together through physical methods. In terms of manufacturing technology, non-woven fabrics directly use polymer chips, short fibers or filaments to form a net through airflow or machinery, and then are reinforced by spunlace, needling or hot rolling, and finally are finished to form non-woven fabrics.

Development of Nonwovens

Nonwovens is the youngest and most potential emerging field in textile industry. China's nonwovens industry started late, but developed very rapidly. Non-woven fabrics are mainly used as accessories in the clothing industry in the early stage of development. With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, new products and technologies of non-woven fabrics emerge one after another, changing with each passing day, and their application scope is increasingly extensive. With the continuous emergence of new technologies, the future development of non-woven fabrics comes from the continuous penetration of new industries, automobiles and other fields.
