According to the needs of work, Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau openly recruits 1 14 police assistants for the society. The specific recruitment plan is announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan

Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau plans to recruit 1 14 police assistants from relevant units this time. Please refer to Annex 1 Recruitment Form for Police Auxiliary Staff of Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau for details of recruitment positions, numbers and qualifications.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) Having China nationality;

(3) Having the gender, age, education and other conditions that meet the requirements of the recruitment position, and the deadline for calculating the age is March 202310;

Third, the recruitment process

The recruitment work is organized and implemented by Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau in conjunction with Zhuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

4. Registration requirements: ① Applicants can only apply for one position. When registering, you should carefully read this announcement and the qualifications and related requirements of related positions; ② Download, print and fill in the Application Form for Public Recruitment of Police Assistants in Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau (see Annex 2) on the Internet, and then submit it. (2) Examination

Those who have passed the qualification examination for registration will enter the written examination in the form of closed book, including current affairs and politics, basic knowledge of public management, basic knowledge of laws and regulations, and administrative ability test. The full score is 100.

2. Physical fitness test.

Those who take the written test enter the physical fitness test.

The physical fitness test items are men's 1000m running and women's 800m running, and the qualified standards are implemented with reference to the physical fitness evaluation standards of the people's police employed by public security organs.

3. Interview.

According to the written test scores from high to low, among those who pass the physical fitness test, the interview finalists are determined according to the ratio of recruitment plans 1:3.

Structured interview rules are adopted to test candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, emergency handling ability, language expression ability, manners and so on.

If there is no effective competition in the number of people participating in the interview for the recruitment position, the interview score of the recruiter shall not be lower than the minimum interview score of the medical examiner who has formed an effective competitive position in the same session.

4. Score synthesis and ranking.

Comprehensive test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%. The written test, interview and comprehensive scores are all based on the percentile system, with two decimal places rounded off.

If the comprehensive scores are the same, the ranking order shall be determined by the written test scores.

5. The written test, physical fitness test, interview time and place will be notified separately.

6. The results are announced.

After the physical fitness test, written test and interview, the examination results of the applicants will be announced in time.

(3) Physical examination

According to the ranking of comprehensive scores from high to low, the participants were determined according to the proportion of recruitment plan 1: 1, and the physical examination was conducted in the designated general hospital at or above the county level. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and the items of drug abuse history shall be added, and the expenses shall be borne by individuals.

If there are requirements for the post, it is necessary to pass the psychological quality assessment.

If the medical examination is not carried out as required, it will be regarded as giving up the medical examination.

Applicants who resort to deceit or deliberately conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.

Candidates who passed the physical fitness test but did not enter the physical examination were included in the reserve talent pool for management.

(4) Investigation

Those who pass the medical examination enter the inspection procedure.

According to the Regulations on Police Auxiliary Personnel in Hunan Province, the Measures for the Administration of Police Auxiliary Personnel in Zhuzhou Public Security Organs and other relevant regulations and the specific requirements for recruiting posts, the applicants who entered the inspection procedure were comprehensively investigated.

Candidates who do not meet the recruitment requirements or do not meet the requirements for applying for positions shall not be determined as candidates.

When the applicants fail in any link such as physical fitness test, physical examination and inspection, or there is a vacancy in the job plan to be recruited during the recruitment process for various reasons, they will be replenished in equal amount according to the order of the comprehensive scores of the same position from high to low, and will be examined, re-examined and inspected.

(5) Publicity

After the above recruitment procedures are completed, the list of candidates will be publicized for 7 working days.

(6) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the publicity or it does not affect the employment after verification, it will be hired.

New recruits will have a probation period of 2 months. If the probation period is determined to be unqualified, it shall be dismissed according to law.

Fourth, wages and benefits.

The salary and welfare benefits of the employed staff shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementation Measures for Classified Management of Police Auxiliary Staff of Zhuzhou Public Security Bureau (Trial) (Zhugongtong [2019] No.51), which is mainly composed of basic salary, post allowance, grade allowance, performance allowance and annual assessment reward salary. And pay the basic pension, medical care, maternity, work-related injury and unemployment insurance fees and housing accumulation fund (the individual part is withheld and remitted from the monthly salary), buy personal accident insurance, distribute the clothing and equipment of police assistants free of charge, have meals free of charge during work, and have a free medical examination once a year after the probation period expires.
