I have used a 400 blue-red LED lamp incubator before, and I also found that the blue one is always easy to break down. Later, it was found that the damage of blue LED was mainly due to the high temperature of solder joint, so I should pay attention to welding quickly and not for too long. The pin is cut off after welding, which helps to dissipate heat. However, after soldering, the blue LED is not easy to break down. On the contrary, red LED does not need high temperature, but needs high voltage. If the voltage is a little higher, it will burn out easily. Pay attention when using it! ?
The following is the LED circuit I made.
The possibility of electrostatic breakdown is very small, after all, it is not a CMOS chip.
It has nothing to do with temperature, as long as the welding speed is fast, 30W external heating electric soldering iron will do.
