In the field of residential and pension real estate, DC International's long-term cooperative customers include Vanke, China Resources, Longhu, China Shipping, Yi Yin, Zendai, Zheng Rong, Zhong Da and other domestic first-class development enterprises. Among them, the pure French high-end villa built by Lingshu in Yi Yin, Shanghai ranks among the top ten high-end villa properties in Shanghai, and the series of works of China Resources Arc de Triomphe has created a single-disc sales champion in Ningbo and Hefu. On 20 12, DC International Ningbo Talent Apartment Project won the "Golden Plate Award-Best Apartment of the Year" issued by Time Real Estate. The design of this project shows the correlation between residential characteristics and urban life under certain conditions, and discusses the possibility that a new residential design can reflect the characteristics of the city where you live to a great extent. CUHK Yixing Jiurucheng is the largest and most representative pension real estate project in East China designed by DC International.

DC international works are produced in the commercial field, including Yintai Group's series of commercial complexes from Yintai Mall to Yintai City, as well as Yi Yin Yongjiang East Coast Urban Complex, Shanghai Photoelectric Star Science and Technology Port, Hangzhou Bay Science and Technology Center, Tianjin Venture Headquarters Base and other projects. Among them, the Haining enterprise headquarters complex with a total area of 260,000 square meters designed for the famous fashion brand group Anzheng Fashion has started construction; Zhong Da Group, the largest urban complex in Kunshan, has created the greatest commercial value with its smooth monorail space.
