The following are simple steps to adjust the video with the frame rate of 120 to the normal frame rate:
1. Open your video editing software and import your wedding video.
2. Drag the video to the editing timeline.
3. Right-click the video and select "Explain the material" in the pop-up menu.
4. In the Explain Materials dialog box, change the frame rate from 120 FPS to 24 FPS (or other normal frame rate you want to use).
Click OK to save the changes.
6. Adjust the length of the video on the time axis or add other special effects to make the video play at the normal frame rate.
7. Export your video and save it as a new file so that you can play it on any device.
Please note that adjusting the high frame rate video to the normal frame rate may cause the video speed to slow down or change. Therefore, you may need to edit or adjust the video to make it look more natural when playing at the normal frame rate.
