The feeling that the body expands and contracts like an airbag is actually what we often call "strength", and "opening and closing" is the result of the change and filling of strength in the body.

Second, "absorption, contraction and expansion" and "absorption is light and heavy"

"Suction, contraction and expansion" and "light inhalation and heavy breathing" are the results of the combination of body opening and closing and boxing breathing. "Suction, contraction and expansion": when gaining momentum, the body will feel contraction as the inhaled internal qi converges from four ends to the abdomen; During eruption, as the breathing gas diffuses from the abdomen to the four ends, the body will feel bloated. "Breathe, lift and swell": when inhaling, there is a feeling that the air flow goes up along the Du meridian ("gas sticks to the back"), which lightens the lifting of the body and makes the transition of the body light and flexible when gaining momentum; When exhaling, there is a feeling that the airflow is falling along any pulse, and the body sinks and becomes heavier, making the opponent calm and powerful when attacking. It can be seen that the breathing of boxing potential adapts well to the change of boxing potential.

The method of boxing breathing can be summarized in four words: "storing air, inhaling and exhaling": inhaling when gaining momentum and exhaling when gaining momentum. As long as the method is proper, it is not difficult to master boxing breathing. Here, I recommend the following methods to boxers: At the beginning of training, my mind only thinks about the action, not the breathing of boxing. Since it is "like an airbag", the palm, as a part of the airbag, will naturally expand and contract with the body. Fourth, "spine boxing"

"Spine boxing" refers to a kind of boxing with the spine as the initiative and the hands and feet as the followers. At the beginning of learning boxing, you used your hands and feet to fight boxing, which made it a local strength and a rigid strength. Then I learned to use the spine to play the pivotal role of the waist, and then with the deepening of kung fu, the "waist" will gradually grow: first, it will be integrated with the crotch, and the waist and crotch will drive the hands and feet, and then the spine will extend up and down to form the central axis (also known as the "middle vertical line") connecting Baihui Point and Yin Hui Point. Arms and legs seem to care about the central axis of the body. In boxing, the limbs move under the drive of the central axis, starting from the central axis and ending with the central axis. If you don't move, you will be stiff, and you will die in one step. The upper limbs should feel the feeling of "arm with belt" and the lower limbs should feel the feeling of "walking with you".

In boxing, the spine relaxes rhythmically with the opening and closing changes of boxing potential and boxing potential breathing, which is the power source of Tai Ji Chuan's surging opening and closing.
