Fengjie county is located in the northeast of Chongqing, in the heart of the Three Gorges reservoir area. Founded in 3 14 BC, it was ruled by roads, prefectures, prefectures and counties in past dynasties. In the twenty-third year of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty (AD 649), Emperor Taizong gave the name "Fengjie" to show Zhuge Liang's quality of "trusting an orphan to die, not taking his life".
