Overview of the structure of two-wing automatic revolving door
The composition of the double-wing automatic revolving door is mainly composed of the following parts: the fixed frame of the revolving door is the part that supports all the loads of the double-wing revolving door, and six columns are evenly distributed on the circumference. Because it is connected with the upper hat head and the lower wharf, the position accuracy and height requirements must be guaranteed when installing the column on site. The size of the openings and grooves in the upper part of the columns should meet the requirements of the drawings, otherwise the columns will be unevenly stressed. The column on the right side of the entrance and exit is equipped with a manual button operation panel. The material of the column can be aluminum profile or steel wrapped by stainless steel decorative plate.

The upper cover is installed on six columns. In order to facilitate transportation, the cap of the large-scale double-wing revolving door was divided into three equal parts and finally assembled together on site. It is the main body connecting six upright posts, and the cap head is connected with the upright posts by screws through auxiliary plates. Another function of the upper cap is to rotate the guide rail of the roller of the assembly. Two driving wheels and four auxiliary wheels all rotate on this guide rail, and the weight of the whole department is also pressed on the guide rail of this hat head. Therefore, the guide rail of the cap head should be flat, and the seam between the cap heads should be small, and there should be no height difference. When the cover is rounded, there should be no deformation.

The four lower docks are connected with the upright posts through connecting rods and screws, and when the screws are tightened, the lower docks are close to the upright posts.

There are eight curved wall glasses, and two 8mm thick tempered glasses are used between the two columns. Because of the size of a piece of glass used when the diameter of the revolving door is large, it is not convenient to install and transport. A rubber sealing strip is added between two pieces of glass. Before loading the glass, put the glass seal on the dock. When steel material is used as the frame structure with stainless steel decorative plate, the gap between glass and lower pier, column and upper cap is often sealed with glass glue.

Except for the upright post, the upper hat head and the lower wharf, the fixed frame is integrated with the supporting parts on the upper hat head, so that the whole frame can bear the weight of the rotating parts and the lateral force caused by eccentricity.

Six square steel pipes are supported at the top and connected with the middle plate, which is a cap-head connecting plate for installing the bearing seat of the shaft assembly of the revolving door. Hexagonal tubes can also be replaced with aluminum profiles. In order to strengthen the overall strength and stiffness, six square pipes are connected with six square pipes. The frame of the rotating assembly consists of a circular ring bent by aluminum profiles and two channel steels. The two channel steels are welded into a whole by four templates, and then connected with the aluminum ring by bolts. The outline of the wheel frame consists of four arcs, and every two are connected by reinforcing plates, which is convenient for installation, transportation and processing. A guide rail with a sliding door is fixed between two channel steels on four horizontal plates of the channel steel, and the columns and pulleys of the sliding door are installed on the guide rail. The transmission mechanism of the sliding door is also fixed on the guide rail, and the sliding door is fixed on the hanger.

There are also two exhibition stands (also called exhibition boxes) installed on the frame composed of aluminum profile ring and two channel steels. The upper and lower parts of the booth are welded by channel steel. The upper and lower frames of the booth are welded by channel steel, the upper frame is fixed on the channel steel by screws, and the two frames of the booth are connected with the door leaves of the arc door, the fixed door and the movable door of the booth to form an integral booth. Decorative boards in the booth with aluminum-plastic seats are installed below the upper frame and above the lower frame. The movable door leaf is hinged on the booth and equipped with pulleys and door locks.

The booth consists of booth skeleton, booth arc door, booth fixed door and booth movable door. The curved door of the booth consists of four vertical frames and curved aluminum transverse frames, which are connected by screws, and the included angle between the center lines of the two outer vertical frames is 60. The outermost sides of these two mullions are equipped with rubber protective sleeves to prevent pedestrians from being injured when the revolving door rotates. The arc door is equipped with three pieces of glass, and the glass vertical frame and horizontal frame glass groove are sealed with rubber sealing strips. There is a brush on the outside of the arc door for sealing between the revolving door and the arc wall.

The fixed door of the booth consists of a left frame, a right frame, an upper horizontal frame and a lower horizontal frame, glass and sealing rubber strips. The door frame is made of aluminum profiles and connected into a whole by bolts. After assembly, the fixed doors of the booth are fixed on the upper and lower frames of the booth with bolts.
