One of the five insurances in the field is the endowment insurance for enterprise employees (referred to as enterprise occupational insurance).
When reaching the statutory retirement age, if the enterprise's occupational insurance payment has reached 15 years, the rural social security endowment insurance (the standard name is urban and rural residents' endowment insurance, referred to as urban and rural residential insurance) paid by the hometown will be transferred to the enterprise's occupational insurance, and the enterprise's occupational insurance pension will be calculated together.
If the enterprise's occupational insurance is less than fifteen years, the individual account of the enterprise's occupational insurance and the payment period will be transferred to the urban and rural hukou, and the urban and rural hukou insurance pension will be calculated together.
