You can take a bus from Weihai to Qingdao at the intersection of Wei Qing Expressway, or from Rushan to Qingdao Pingdu. There is a bus from Rongcheng to Pingdu every noon, but I don't know if I can enter the station now. Or, you can go to Jinan, Zibo, Weifang and other places, where cars pass by Pingdu.
