The marriage registration authority must carefully examine the identity certificate, household registration certificate and unit certificate of the parties concerned, ask the parties concerned, and conduct necessary investigation or medical appraisal of designated items in order to find out whether the parties meet the conditions for marriage;
3. register. After a comprehensive review, the marriage registration authority considers that it meets the conditions for marriage, it shall grant registration and issue a marriage certificate; Those who do not meet the requirements shall not be registered, and the reasons shall be explained to the parties. If the parties who apply for marriage cannot obtain the required documents due to the interference of their units or others, and it is found that they really meet the conditions for marriage, the marriage registration authority shall also grant registration and issue a marriage certificate. After registered marriage, according to the agreement between men and women, the woman can become a member of the man's family, and the man can also become a member of the woman's family.
