In line with the conditions, both husband and wife can take refuge in each other, and the procedures and materials for transferring accounts can be referred to as follows:

1, if it is necessary to transfer the account, the party concerned must apply;

2. Provide information such as the party's ID card, household registration book, marriage certificate and real estate license;

3, and through the account where the village (neighborhood) committee issued opinions on whether to agree to the transfer;

4. The village committee or neighborhood committee where the registered permanent residence is located shall issue opinions on whether to receive the registered permanent residence;

5. The police station where the household registration is located issues a household registration certificate;

6. Take the above information to the police station where the household registration is moved to settle down;

7. Since the household registration policy is a local policy, the parties concerned can comprehensively consult the household registration staff of the police station where the household registration is moved, subject to the other party's reply.

The Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:

Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.

Article 13 When citizens move, they shall report to the household registration authority for registration of household registration, and the city shall submit the certificate of household registration within three days and the countryside within ten days.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:

1. Demobilized, demobilized and veterans shall be certified by the military service organs at the county or city level or the military organs at or above the regiment level.

2. Overseas Chinese and returned students should show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China.

3. A person released by a people's court, a people's procuratorate or a public security organ shall produce a certificate issued by the releasing organ.
