Third, the content, time and place of the exam
The examination includes two parts: written examination and interview.
(1) Written examination
1. Written test subjects and contents
The written test is divided into public subjects and professional subjects.
Public subjects include "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun", and all candidates are required to take a written examination of public subjects. Among them, the "Administrative Professional Ability Test" is all objective questions, and the examination time limit is 120 minutes; "Shen Lun" is all subjective questions, and the examination time limit is 150 minutes. Among them, for positions that only participate in the written examination of public subjects, the composition method of written examination results is: written examination results = (administrative professional ability test results+application results) /2.
Those who apply for the position of people's police in public security organs must take the examination of public security professional subjects organized by the whole province. The written test scores are synthesized according to the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30% of the administrative professional ability test, application and public security professional subjects respectively.
The scope of the examination is subject to the outline of the 2022 annual examination for civil servants in Shanxi Province and the outline of the written examination for professional subjects of the people's police positions in public security organs in 2022.
2. Time and place of written examination

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, in order to reduce the flow of people and facilitate candidates' reference, test sites are set up in the city with districts of1/kloc-0. Candidates can choose two test sites by themselves according to the principle of convenience and proximity. If the number of places in the first test center city is insufficient, candidates who pay late will be arranged to take the test in the second test center city; If the number of examination places in the second test center city is still insufficient, the examination institutions will make overall arrangements.
Candidates take the test according to the written test time and place determined on the admission ticket. Candidates must also take the admission ticket, valid ID card and relevant certificates of epidemic prevention and control to take the exam. Those who lack certificates and relevant supporting materials are not allowed to take the exam.
3. Results query
The written test scores and the minimum qualified scores can be inquired in the column of Shanxi Personnel Examination before the end of April. The specific time will be announced separately.
For jobs in hard and remote areas, grass-roots posts and special professional posts, the policy will be tilted when delineating the minimum qualified score line.
(2) Qualification examination and interview
1. Selection of candidates for interview qualification review
According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the competent department of civil servants in the province determines the candidates to participate in the interview qualification review according to the proportion of 3 times the number of planned employees; If the number of people within the minimum qualified score line is less than 3: 1, it shall be determined according to the actual number.
Those who apply for judicial police positions in courts and procuratorates and positions in public security organs, provincial prison management systems and provincial drug rehabilitation management systems shall be assessed according to regulations. Physical fitness assessment is conducted before the interview, and those who fail can't participate in the interview. Candidates who take part in the physical fitness assessment shall be determined according to the order of the written test scores from high score to low score, which is 5 times of the planned number of employees (if the number of qualified people in the written test is insufficient, it shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people). The recruitment agency selects and selects those who have passed the physical fitness assessment, and determines the candidates for the interview qualification review according to the written test scores from high score to low score according to three times the number of planned employees. If the number of qualified people in physical fitness assessment is less than 3 times of the planned number, it shall be determined according to the actual number.
2. Qualification examination

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of employment. In all aspects of recruitment, applicants who do not meet the qualification requirements for registration may be disqualified from registration or employment.

Apply for positions in provincial organs, provincial courts and procuratorates, and the interview work is organized and implemented by the provincial civil service department; Apply for positions in city, county (city, district), township (street) organs, city and county courts and procuratorates, and the interview work shall be organized and implemented by the municipal competent department of civil servants in the districts where the positions are located.

If the number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the planned number of employees, and there is no competition, candidates must achieve an interview score of 70 or more before entering the medical examination.
Total test score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%. If the total scores of two or more candidates in the same position are the same, the candidates for medical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores of public subjects from high to low; If the written test scores of public subjects are still the same, they shall be determined according to the results of the administrative professional ability test; If the results of the administrative professional ability test are still the same, the competent department in charge of the interview will try to make an additional interview, and the candidates for medical examination will be determined according to the results of the additional interview.
After the interview, those who apply for the positions in provincial courts and procuratorates will be given a physical examination in the order from high to low in total scores, and the proportion of the planned candidates for the positions will be 1.5 times (rounded off). For those who apply for other positions, the candidates for medical examination shall be determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low, and according to the number of people employed in the post plan.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice on Amending the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 140] 16); People's police (judicial police) and safety supervision departments that have special requirements for physical conditions, such as the court procuratorate system, public security organs, provincial prison management system and provincial drug rehabilitation management system, should also implement the Special Standards for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+00] No.82). Physical examination is conducted in designated medical institutions.
The inspection work highlights political standards, focusing on whether the candidates meet the political requirements of strengthening "four consciousnesses", strengthening "four self-confidences", achieving "two guarantees", loving the China Party, the motherland and the people. Fully understand the candidate's political quality, moral conduct, ability and quality, psychological quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching and whether it is necessary to avoid. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of civil servants or do not meet the requirements of applying for positions shall not be determined as candidates.
Provincial courts and procuratorates carry out differential inspection, and choose the best candidates according to the principle of matching people with posts, not just selecting people.

Provincial recruitment agencies, municipal departments in charge of civil servants, provincial courts and procuratorates put forward opinions on candidates to be hired according to the examination results, physical examination results and investigation of applicants, and report them to the provincial departments in charge of civil servants for examination. According to the examination and approval authority of employment, the competent department of civil servants shall publicize it to the public. The publicity period is not less than five working days. At the same time, the report phone number was announced and accepted by the society. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and are verified shall not be employed; If the problems reflected at the moment are difficult to verify, we will decide whether to hire after we find out. If the proposed employee signs a labor (employment) contract with the original employer, I must terminate the contract with the original employer in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
