The anti-fall plate is much stronger than ordinary tableware, so how is this plate made?
Anti-fall plate has added special elements and used three layers of glass, which is much stronger than ordinary tableware, and is also known as the plate raw material that is not easy to break.

First of all, the factory will use several mineral raw materials, such as oil sands, salt, limestone, trial and other two kinds of salts, and send these raw materials to the furnace to be melted into liquid glass at a high temperature of 1400 degrees Celsius. When it leaves the furnace, the extruder shapes them into three layers of sheets, which fall into the mold of the dinner plate and trim off the excess material at the edge. Compressed air is blown down from above to cool the glass, which is the vacuum wall of glass solidification, and then the plate is taken out, and the remaining materials will be recycled.

Secondly, now the plates have to go through the fire polishing process, and each plate has to go through the flame of gas and oxygen, which will seal and melt the three layers of glass on the plate. The edges of the board are smoothed out by the rough edges caused by rust. These oval plates were also sent to different artillery for light blows to shape the edges of oval plates instead of circles. Now, the transfer system turns each plate upside down, ready for back stamping. Print trademarks and other information on the bottom of each plate. The machine prints fonts on the bottom of the plate, and the flame of gas and air is there. Print the ink bracelet on the glass. After this step, the conveyor belt turns the board back to the front.

Thirdly, in order to decorate the plates, the machine will print the designed glaze pattern on the film, the mechanical arm will put the film on top of each plate, and then the tablet press will press the film on the surface of the plate to transfer the glaze. Then, the mechanical arm sends the plates back to the conveyor belt so that beautiful patterns can be printed on each plate. Some plates should also be designed with automatic pattern printers to print glaze directly on the periphery.

Fourth, the decorated dishes are baked in the tunnel oven for five and a half minutes. The high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius will fix the color of porcelain, and then toughen the glass to make it stronger. Then the nozzle sprays the straw on the plate. This washable protective layer can avoid scratches during packaging. Subsequently, the factory will randomly take samples for two-meter drop test and edge impact test to ensure that the samples will not be broken, resulting in cracks or cracks, and the incision is qualified, thus manufacturing the anti-drop dinner plate.
