The burial dates of the three Han tombs in Ma Dui are different. Hou Licang, the owner of Tomb No.2, was buried in Lv Hou for about two years (BC 186), and the son of Tomb No.3 was buried in the 12th year of Emperor Wendi of the Western Han Dynasty (BC 168). Li Cang, the wife of Tomb No.1, was buried a little later.
