The criteria for identifying low-income families of urban residents (including the lowest income) are: the per capita annual income of the family is lower than 60% of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year. ?
The criteria for identifying urban residents' families with lower-middle income are: the per capita annual income of families is lower than 80% of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year. ?
The area guarantee standard for families with housing difficulties is: no self-owned housing or the per capita housing construction area of the family is below 15 square meters. ?
The family income standard and the housing security area standard of the housing security object shall be subject to dynamic management, and shall be announced to the public regularly by the Central District People's Government or its designated housing security department. ?
Nineteenth migrant workers and other migrant workers who meet the following conditions can apply for public rental housing in urban development zones and industrial parks:
(1) The applicant has continuously paid the endowment insurance for urban employees for more than 1 year or continuously paid the endowment insurance for urban employees for more than 3 years, or continuously purchased the industrial injury insurance for more than 1 year or has purchased it for more than 3 years; ?
(2) Working in the development zone and industrial park in the central city, signing an effective labor (employment) contract with the employer (registered in this area) for more than 2 years (standard text supervised by the human resources and social security department), or working continuously 1 year or more; ?
(three) there is no self-owned housing or other affordable housing in this city. ?
Public rental housing can be shared by individual applicants who meet the above conditions, and the rent is borne by the co-tenants, who must meet the security conditions, but in principle, there are no more than three people. ?
Housing security departments can adjust the application conditions and security standards of public rental housing security objects in a timely manner according to the local economic development level and residents' housing conditions, in conjunction with the development and reform, finance and civil affairs departments at the same level.
