According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors
Article 18 Schools shall respect the right of underage students to receive education, care for and care for students, patiently educate and help students with shortcomings in conduct and difficulties in learning, and shall not discriminate against them, and shall not expel underage students in violation of laws and state regulations.
Nineteenth schools should provide social life guidance, mental health guidance and adolescent education for underage students according to their physical and mental development characteristics.
Twentieth schools should cooperate with the parents or other guardians of minor students to ensure the sleep, entertainment and physical exercise time of minor students, and shall not increase their learning burden.
Article 21 The teaching staff of schools, kindergartens and nurseries shall respect the personal dignity of minors, and shall not impose corporal punishment on minors, corporal punishment in disguised form or other acts that insult their personal dignity.
