Why is Xi 'an more famous than Luoyang in the world?
Because Luoyang people have a city full of cultural relics and don't know how to preserve culture, Xi people love culture and history more than high-speed economic development. Xi's attitude towards culture and persistence in protecting cultural relics are better than many cities. The same thing was left by our ancestors. Xi 'an can't say much about what's left now, but it's definitely more complete than Luo Yang. At that time, the whole country vigorously demolished the city wall, and Xi 'an's university classrooms, students and cultural relics departments risked their lives to protect the ruins of the city wall and organized residents to pick up the bricks of the city wall. Later, the excavation of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses was restored by the elites bit by bit. In addition, I dare not say how good the urban construction in An is, but the whole city is making way for cultural relics, such as Chang 'an City, Daming Palace, Tang City Wall and Qujiang Pool. You will find that the plan is reasonable. I think this is a kind of inheritance and respect for a city's culture, including subway stations and all the place names. The city has been integrated into the blood of the ancient capital. Apart from Luoyang, I don't deny that the history of Luoyang is not as long as that of Xi 'an. On the contrary, it should be very old and there are many historical sites. However, what we see now is really rare. Compared with Xi 'an, not to mention how many wars were destroyed, the cultural relics were not well protected, the city walls were demolished, the site land was occupied, and Mangshan Mountain was seriously stolen. The famous Luoyang shovel is an example. If the starting point determines that the historical positioning is consistent, then in the protection and respect of the day after tomorrow, I see Xi' an's advantages and actions are more determined. Therefore, Luo Yang is not as famous as Xi 'an at least overseas. I think this is related to the attitude of people in both places towards cultural relics.
