If one party wants to move his/her registered permanent residence to Yuzhou, he/she needs to host his/her ID card, registered permanent residence book and marriage certificate to explain the situation to the police station where Yuzhou is located and go through the settlement procedures. After the police station has passed the examination, it will issue an immigration permit.

The party concerned or the head of the household shall, with the permit and the above-mentioned documents, explain the situation to the Xuchang police station where the party is currently registered, and apply for the relocation of registered permanent residence.

After obtaining the household registration information of the party concerned, the party concerned or the head of the household will go back to the household registration management police station where Yuzhou is located to go through the settlement procedures.

The Regulations on Household Registration stipulates that:

Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.

Article 13 When citizens move, they shall report to the household registration authority for registration of household registration, and the city shall submit the certificate of household registration within three days and the countryside within ten days.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:

1. Demobilized, demobilized and veterans shall be certified by the military service organs at the county or city level or the military organs at or above the regiment level.

2. Overseas Chinese and returned students should show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China.

3. A person released by a people's court, a people's procuratorate or a public security organ shall produce a certificate issued by the releasing organ.

Article 19 If a citizen's household registration changes due to marriage, divorce, adoption, claim, separation, merger, disappearance, recovery or other reasons, the head of the household or himself shall report the change registration to the household registration authority.
