Five, in the area where fireworks are prohibited, the public security organ shall order it to stop the discharge and impose a fine of more than two hundred yuan and less than five hundred yuan; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.

6. Units or individuals engaged in celebrations, weddings, funerals and other services in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited shall not provide related services for illegal fireworks and firecrackers. In violation of the provisions, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 5000 yuan.

Seven, any unit or individual who illegally produces, manages, stores and transports fireworks and firecrackers shall be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Eight, to refuse or obstruct the relevant functional departments of law enforcement officers to perform official duties according to law, refused to stop the discharge, refused to pay fireworks, by the public security organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * and People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law" will be punished; If the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
