5. Renewal priority

Nine. breach clause
1. Distributors in each region are only allowed to carry out sales in their respective agent regions, and are not allowed to sell across regions. Once found, the deposit will be confiscated.
2. Without the written permission of Nanjing Zishang Technology Industrial Development Co., Ltd., the authorized distribution right shall not be transferred to any third party in any form.
3. Seriously fulfill the distribution contract, and be willing to consciously safeguard the image of Langfei, and shall not harm the interests of consumers. The deposit for breach of contract, withdrawal or termination of the contract will not be refunded.
X. Return and exchange policy
In order to help distributors to better promote product sales and network construction in regional markets, Nanjing Zishang Technology Industrial Development Co., Ltd. provides exchange service policies for all economic partners. The specific principles are as follows:
1, Zhuang Ming wine is not refundable.
2. The products to be replaced must be the first products purchased by Nanjing Zishang Technology Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (replacement service is not provided for non-first products).
3. The replaced product should have no quality problems, including no tear, friction and pollution marks on the front and back wine labels.
4. The distributor shall be responsible for the logistics expenses arising from the replacement of products.
