The origin of Kuanzhai Lane: Kuanzhai Lane in Xuan Tong period in Qing Dynasty was named Xingren Hutong. It is said that the Qing army with red flags is stationed here. There is a saying about the origin of hutong, which refers to the passage between yurts erected on the grassland. During the Republic of China, under the revolutionary atmosphere of anti-imperialism and feudalism in China, Xingren Hutong in Qing Dynasty was renamed Kuanxiang. Kuanzhai Lane Historical and Cultural District, consisting of three parallel old streets, namely, Wide Alley, Narrow Alley and Jingxiang Alley, and the quadrangle between them, is one of the three historical and cultural protection areas in Chengdu, and was listed in the protection plan of Chengdu's historical and cultural city in the 1980s. It is the last relic of the "Millennium Less Cities" urban pattern and the century-old primitive architectural pattern in old Chengdu, and it is also the "orphan" of the culture and architectural style of the hutongs in the south and the north. These two sentences are No.25, Xiangyun Narrow Lane. Couplets on both sides of the door: "From a distance, the lock is wide and narrow, and the front of the court is bluestone and Qi Diao beam."
