Gu Wenchang Cadre College is located in Kangmei Town, Dongshan County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. The college covers an area of 222 mu with a building area of136,000 ㎡. The first phase of the comprehensive teaching building and student building covers an area of 87 mu, with a construction area of 46,000 ㎡. The comprehensive teaching building is designed according to the style of Minnan Hospital. It sits facing south, backed by Longtan Mountain, facing Sufeng Mountain, the highest peak in Dongshan Mountain, and near Maluan Bay. Upon completion, it can accommodate 1 1,000 people for study and training and 600 people for accommodation.
