In order to speed up the development of education in our county and do a good job in people's satisfaction education, according to the document "Opinions on Public Recruitment of New Personnel in Public Institutions" (original Fan Renzi [2007]10), the county government executive meeting studied and approved by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, it was decided to openly recruit 62 teachers for urban schools such as Fan County Siyuan Experimental School.

Three. Recruitment scope and conditions

Four. Registration time and requirements

(1) Announcement

5. The ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants shall not be less than 1: 3. If the ratio of 1: 3 is not reached, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly. 6. Anyone who finds that the applicants provide false materials and practise fraud will be disqualified from taking the examination, and may not take all the personnel examinations organized by Fanxian County within five years.

College graduates who have served in the village for two years and passed the examination in Puyang City have a written test score of 10.

Candidates who meet the requirements for extra points, please provide the original official seal certificate of the management department of college students and village cadres at the county and township levels, and submit it to the Personnel Management Unit of Fanxian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (east of the second floor of the office building of Fanxian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) before July 8, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

The written test results are published in the lobby on the first floor of the comprehensive office building of Fanxian Net (www.fanxianw.com) and Fanxian County Party Committee and County Government.

Step 2 interview

According to the written test results, according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1:2, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score. The interview time and place will be announced separately. The interview was conducted under the unified guidance of the recruitment leading group of county institutions. The interview work plan shall be formulated separately.

The total scores of individual examinations are published in the lobby on the first floor of the comprehensive office building of Fanxian Net and Fanxian County Party Committee and County Government. Those who voluntarily give up or do not meet the employment conditions after the total score of the examination is publicized will not be replaced.

Six, physical examination and assessment

According to the comprehensive score of the examination, the personnel participating in the medical examination are determined according to the number of recruitment positions from high to low. The physical examination of teachers shall be carried out according to the Standards and Measures for Physical Examination of Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Henan Province. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from recruitment and will not be replenished. The assessment content is mainly ideological and political performance, moral quality, law-abiding and so on. The assessment shall be organized and implemented by the competent department and the employing unit in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Seven. Publicity and employment

According to the assessment results, the county public recruitment leading group will determine the list of personnel to be hired and publicize it for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures, and the employment in the teaching school shall be completed for 5 years. After receiving the employment notice, the newly hired personnel must go through the relevant formalities within the specified time and report to the employer. If the graduates of the 20th14th class fail to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons, their employment qualification will be cancelled.
