1. Fireworks and firecrackers mentioned in this notice refer to inflammable and explosive articles which use initiating explosive devices as the main raw materials and produce light, sound, color, shape, smoke and other effects through burning or explosion after being ignited for viewing.

2. Areas and time for prohibiting the sale, burning and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers: the areas west of Jinfeng Line, south of Laowanfu River, east of Dasha River, from Fengcheng Line to Laihe River to the north of Wuji River in the main urban area of Jinxiang County are prohibited from selling, burning and discharging in 2023.

Four, units or individuals engaged in celebrations, weddings and other services, shall not provide related services for illegal fireworks. In violation of the provisions, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections and punish it according to law.

No unit or individual may illegally produce, manage, store or transport fireworks and firecrackers, and offenders shall be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Six, refuse or obstruct the relevant functional departments of law enforcement officers to perform official duties according to law, refused to stop the discharge of fireworks, by the public security organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "China people's * * * and the national public security management punishment law" shall be punished; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Seven, encourage and protect the broad masses of the people to actively report suspected illegal production, management, transportation, storage, carrying, fireworks behavior.
