Mercedes-Benz said that this cooperation will be another important milestone for Mercedes-Benz to achieve its "Vision 2039" carbon neutrality goal. The key contents of the agreement include the development and industrialization of high-tech battery technology and the improvement of cost competitiveness. The technical key points include improving the energy density and shortening the charging time to greatly improve the driving range.

At the same time, this agreement will ensure the supply of power battery cells in the process of Mercedes-Benz's electrification strategy, and Funeng Technology can ensure its planned capacity construction.
