Non-local permanent residents (foreign temporary residents) apply for electric bicycle license, and fill in the electric bicycle registration card with their ID card, temporary residence permit, car purchase invoice (or receipt), vehicle certificate and permanent residence certificate, and handle it after the vehicle is qualified.

3. Fill in the electric bicycle registration card, go through the formalities at the registration window after passing the inspection, get the license plate and install the license plate.
