Written test: if the ratio of the number of people who have introduced the plan to the total number of people who have registered on-site and online is less than 1: 3, you can omit the written test and go directly to the interview; In principle, when the ratio of the number of people who have introduced the plan to the total number of people who have registered on-site and online exceeds 1: 3, the written test score accounts for 40% of the total score. Full score in written test 100.
Interview: structured interview is adopted. After the written test, according to the candidates' written test scores, the interviewer will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score. If the proportion is less than the prescribed proportion, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number. The interview score accounts for 60% of the total score. The full score of the interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation.
The formula for calculating the total score is: total score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score ranks first.
Those who only participate in the interview are sorted according to the interview results from high to low.
