Traditional lamps convert electric energy into light energy. When the current passes through the filament (tungsten filament), it generates heat, which is continuously concentrated under vacuum, and the temperature rises to incandescent state, just like red-hot iron can emit light. The higher the temperature of the filament, the brighter the light it emits. LED candle lamp takes solid-state semiconductor light-emitting diode as light source, based on the luminous principle, carrier injection, composite radiation and light energy transmission under forward bias. Tiny semiconductor wafers are encapsulated in clean epoxy resin. When electrons pass through the wafer, negatively charged electrons move to positively charged hole regions and recombine with them. When electrons and holes disappear, photons are produced. It has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, fashionable shape, soft light, no stroboscopic, strong applicability, long service life and no damage. The disadvantage is the cost.
