LED candle lamp takes solid-state semiconductor light-emitting diode as light source, based on the luminous principle, carrier injection, composite radiation and light energy transmission under forward bias. Tiny semiconductor wafers are encapsulated in clean epoxy resin. When electrons pass through the wafer, negatively charged electrons move to positively charged hole regions and recombine with them. When electrons and holes disappear, photons are produced. Coupled with efficient and stable driver, good heat dissipation system and reasonable design, the led candle lamp with long life is manufactured. It has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, fashionable shape, soft light, no stroboscopic, strong applicability, long service life and no damage. The disadvantage is the cost.
