There are no crystal red fujis, they are all red fujis, but their names are nice. Usually the price of red Fuji is one or two grades, and then the price is determined according to the diameter. Compared with Red Fuji, the definitions of Grade I and Grade II are different from year to year due to different natural conditions of producing areas, but they are usually defined as: the color should be more than 80% red, without bruise, bruise and crush, the fruit rust at the fruit stalk should not exceed the fruit nest, and there should be no more than three black spots smaller than 2mm. It is necessary to ensure that there are no black spots on half of the fruit surface, and the fruit surface cannot rust, dehydrate, rot or deform. The requirements of the third-grade fruit are lighter than those of the first and second grades, but there must be no crushed or rotten fruit. Once the surface of the fruit is crushed or rotted (no matter how small), it is defined as residual fruit. Red Fuji is mainly produced in China, including Shaanxi, Shandong and Liaoning. Among them, the apples in Shaanxi are small, the color is not very good and the processing technology is not mature. The red Fuji in Liaoning is mainly concentrated in the south-central part of Liaoning, and its quality is not as good as that in Shandong, while the red Fuji in Shandong is mainly concentrated in Yantai, where there are Qixia (the most famous), Longkou and Penglai (also in Weihai, Shandong, but not the most important). In terms of quality, Penglai's Red Fuji is the best. Among them, the Longwangdian generation in Penglai is the best among the best, which is not only big in size, clean in fruit surface, excellent in color and sweet in taste. The taste and color of red Fuji in Qixia and Longkou are worse than Penglai, but the price is also cheaper than Penglai (a large number of purchase prices). In fact, Qixia Red Fuji is famous entirely because of advertising.
In terms of taste, there are mainly two kinds of red fuji in China at present. The first is flaky red, that is, the whole area of the fruit surface is red. This kind of red Fuji is planted according to the preferences of foreign customers. It tastes slightly sour and China people don't like it very much. The second kind is striped red fruit, which is sweeter than reddish fruit, and is generally sold in China.
Quality distinction: just look at the difference between the first and second grades above. Try to find the yellowish between the red bars in taste, which is sweeter.
Size: The size of Red Fuji varies greatly, ranging from 100 mm to 60 mm. We usually buy 70 mm to 85 mm.
Film packaging and bagging: I don't know what you are talking about. Generally, it is packed in cartons. Now Red Fuji will cover two layers of bags in the production process, so you don't have to worry too much about pesticide residues when removing the bags at harvest.
