Sorbonne is the largest variety of pink lilies, even comparable to Siberian lilies. Its petal edge is white, the middle is pink, the color is bright and the flowering period is long. It is the most popular pink lily variety.
Lily distribution:
In China, it is distributed in Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shaanxi, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang and other places. It is born in the grass on the hillside at an altitude of 300-920 meters, under the sparse forest, beside gullies, on the ground or beside villages, and is also cultivated.
Bulb spherical, 2-4.5 cm in diameter; Scales are lanceolate, with a length of 1.8-4cm and a width of 0.8- 1.4cm. They are knotless and white, with stems 0.7-2m high, some with purple stripes and some with papillae at the lower part.
Leaves are scattered, usually tapering from bottom to top, oblanceolate to obovate, 7-15cm long and (0.6-)1-2cm wide, with a tapering apex and a tapering base, and 5-7 veins on both sides, without hair.
