Wuwang scenic spot. National 4A-level scenic spot. The King of Wu is one of the nine famous mountains in ancient China, the first of the ten caves in Taoism, and known as "the first cave in the world". There are 38 peaks in spiritual practice, 26 famous springs in Shendong, eight scenic spots in Bibo Waterfall and five wonders in heaven. The elevation of Tiantan Peak, the main peak, is1715m. It was named after Xuanyuan, the Yellow Emperor, who set up an altar here to worship heaven. It is a place where Chinese descendants seek their roots and ask their ancestors. Jiuligou, with beautiful natural scenery, steep peaks, hanging springs and waterfalls and lush vegetation, is known as the "fairy tale world in summer". Xiaogoubei, which maintains the original natural landscape, is still a virgin land full of mystery and needs to be developed urgently. In 2003, Wu Wang was selected as the third batch of national geological parks with the first place.
Xiaolangdi scenic spot. Xiaolangdi Scenic Area of the Yellow River is located at the junction of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, 25 kilometers southwest of Jiyuan City, where the world-famous Xiaolangdi Water Control Project was built. After the impoundment of the reservoir, a vast water area of 272 square kilometers was formed in the upper reaches of the dam, showing a magnificent picture of high gorge, flat lake, vertical and horizontal harbors and mountains and rivers blending. There are the only inhabited oasis West Beach in the middle reaches of the Yellow River in Wan Li, the Zhang Ling Peninsula better than the south of the Yangtze River, and the Three Gorges of the Yellow River where natural scenery and folk customs complement each other. Now, the Xixiayuan Reservoir, which is matched with the Xiaolangdi Water Control Project of the Yellow River, has started construction, which will add a new landscape to the scenic spot.
Wulongkou scenic spot. With a total area of 128 square kilometers, there are 68 natural and human landscapes in wulongkou, which is a mountain-type scenic spot with natural landscape as the main feature and macaques and hot springs, and also a national macaque nature reserve. Pangu Temple (also known as Pangu Temple) is the legendary place where human beings originated. In recent years, the scenic spots have invested more than 40 million yuan to build a series of unique fine scenic spots, such as the "First Ladder in China" recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records, the Hao Jing Exhibition Hall with profound cultural heritage, the large-scale group sculpture in Wulong, the Chinese Macaque Garden, the Great Sage Palace and the sightseeing cable car. They are the "Top Ten Scenic Spots" and "Top Ten Tourist Attractions" in Henan Province, and won the title of "National Class" in August 2002.
Jidu Temple Scenic Area. Jidu Temple, located in the birthplace of Jishui, was built in the Sui Dynasty to worship the gods. It is a national key cultural relic protection unit and enjoys the reputation of "Ancient Architecture Museum" in northern China. There are 22 existing buildings in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and more than 40 stone tablets in Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, which is one of the largest existing ancient architectural complexes in Henan Province. There are the largest and most valuable existing Ming Dynasty wooden archway building "Qingyuan Cave House Gate", the earliest existing Song Dynasty wooden structure building "Du Ji Sleeping Palace" in our province, the only preserved Song Dynasty "Stone Goulan" in China, the unique Sui "Fudao Corridor" site in China, and the "Yuan De Hall" site that resembles the Taihe Hall of the Forbidden City.
