"Sunshine Hotline" column. The program "Sunshine Hotline" was co-founded by the Democratic Appraisal Office of Hebei Province and Hebei People's Broadcasting Station, and officially launched on June 3, 2002. It is an important mechanism in Hebei Province to organize the system of participating in political power to strengthen contact and communication with the people and organize the people to implement orderly democratic supervision. This is the first provincial radio program in China.
