2. Loan amount and term:
(1) Bank: It is verified that it shall not exceed 75% of the total house purchase value of employees, but the maximum loan amount shall not exceed 350,000 yuan, and shall not be higher than ten times the balance of the borrower's (husband and wife's) housing provident fund account.
(2) Term: The longest loan term shall not exceed 30 years, but the sum of the loan term plus the borrower's age shall not exceed 5 years after the statutory retirement age.
(3) Housing provident fund loans belong to national policy loans and have the characteristics of low interest rates. Repayment adopts the system of equal monthly repayment of principal and interest. The lender may pay off the loan in advance, and the loan interest shall be calculated until the month when the loan is paid off, and no interest shall be calculated thereafter.
(4) Time limit for loan approval: no more than 7 working days.
3. Loan application procedures:
The loan applicant to the housing provident fund management center to receive the "housing provident fund loan application form", and issue the following documents:
New house:
1. Issue the original registered house purchase contract (commercial house advance notice registration certificate) and a copy;
2. Paid purchase invoice (minimum 25% for commercial housing, affordable housing and additional housing);
3. Both husband and wife's ID cards, marriage certificates and household registration books (single, the unit must issue a single certificate, divorce certificate, civil mediation book or judgment);
4. Fixed income certificate issued by the lender's husband and wife unit;
5. Issue a personal credit report of both husband and wife (printed and sealed by CCB Dongcheng Sub-branch);
