Han Zaifen, female, 1968 was born in Qianshan City, Anqing City, Anhui Province. She is a performing artist of Huangmei Opera in China, a national first-class actor, a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage projects, and enjoys the "special government allowance" from the State Council.

1984 became famous for starring in Huangmei Opera TV series Zheng. From 20 13, the large-scale original Huangmei Opera stage play "Huizhou Past" starring Han Zaifen toured the whole country.

He is currently the president of Anqing Zaifen Huangmei Art Theatre, the vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the vice chairman of Anhui Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Dramatists, the chairman of Anqing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the chairman of the Municipal Dramatists Association, and the representative of the 13th National People's Congress.
