After the employees meet the retirement conditions, they will receive them by themselves according to the regulations. After the death of an employee or retiree, the savings balance in his personal account shall be distributed to his designated beneficiary or legal heir at one time.
Second, Chinese employees of all kinds of urban enterprises in this city, including state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises, joint-stock enterprises and joint ventures, must participate in social pooling of endowment insurance according to law.
