Wang Yongping, male, party member, Han nationality, born in September, 1962, from Weinan, Shaanxi Province, born in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He used to be the president and party secretary of Lanzhou Railway Transportation Intermediate Court. He is currently the president of Lanzhou Intermediate People's Court.
