The national subsidy policy during the epidemic period is as follows: 1. Units that recruit or place people with employment difficulties shall be subsidized according to their actual basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums, excluding individual contributions. The subsidy period may be extended to retirement except for those who are less than 5 years away from the statutory retirement age, and the rest of the staff shall not exceed 3 years at the longest. During the period of phased reduction and exemption of social insurance premiums, the social insurance subsidies for enterprises to absorb people with employment difficulties can be postponed. The period of social security subsidies for temporary public welfare posts shall not exceed 6 months; 2. If the elderly with employment difficulties, family members with zero employment, severely disabled people and other people with special difficulties still find it difficult to achieve employment through other channels after the expiration of public welfare posts, they can be resettled through public welfare posts again according to procedures, and the subsidy period will be recalculated and reported to the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the Finance Department for the record. The cumulative number of resettlement times shall not exceed 2 times in principle.
