Zhang Lan, 1958, was born on April 7th in Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. At the age of 9, he went to Anlu County, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province with his parents. He graduated from cheung kong graduate school of business, Beijing Technology and Business University. He is an entrepreneur, the founder of South Beauty and now the chairman of South Beauty Group. He studied in Canada in his early years and 199 1 entered the catering industry after returning from Canada. After ten years of catering experience and fund accumulation, South Beauty brand restaurant was founded in 2000.
