Not open to traffic According to the inquiry of official website, Liaocheng Municipal People's Government, the arch ribs of the arch bridge across Tuhai River Bridge in Heilongjiang Road were successfully closed on 27 October, 20021year/kloc-0, and the project was transferred from the upper steel structure stage to the deck construction stage. Heilongjiang Lutu Haihe Bridge is designed as a half-through truss arch bridge with a main span of 160m. The main bridge is 252m long and 46m wide and is expected to be officially opened to traffic in June 2024.
