Article 1 The Articles of Association of this Committee are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Societies in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Articles of Association of Social Workers in China.
Article 2 This Committee was established with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. China is the national industry management and guidance organization for the wedding industry. It is a non-profit, public welfare, industrial and national social organization composed of units and individuals who are engaged in and concerned about the management, production, research and publicity of wedding culture, wedding service, wedding supplies, wedding photo studio and wedding service. The full name is the Wedding Industry Committee of China Social Work Association.

Article 3 The purpose of this committee is to adhere to the people-oriented Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the concepts and methods of social work, publicize and advocate the advanced wedding culture in Socialism with Chinese characteristics, standardize the self-discipline of the wedding industry, develop the wedding industry to serve the whole society, promote the development of the wedding industry, and make contributions to promoting social harmony and building a better life for the people.
Article 4 This committee is a professional committee of wedding industry directly under China Social Workers Association, and accepts the direct leadership, professional guidance, supervision and management of China Social Workers Association.
Article 5 This Committee is located in Beijing, China.
Chapter II Scope of Business
Article 6 To formulate industry standards and norms for the wedding industry and related industries; Supervise and guide the operation of the wedding market and promote the scientific development of the wedding industry.
Seventh organizations to carry out theoretical research on wedding culture and wedding industry, grasp the laws and trends of wedding industry development, and put forward suggestions on relevant legislation or policy formulation to relevant departments.
Eighth held wedding industry vocational skills and related professional training, the preparation of relevant training materials and books.
Ninth to carry out wedding, marriage customs, marriage culture propaganda, knowledge popularization and psychological counseling; Advocate civilized, healthy, fashionable and elegant wedding mode, hold demonstration weddings or related large-scale activities, and guide the development direction of wedding industry.
Tenth held wedding industry and related products evaluation, appraisal and commendation; Develop, identify and promote wedding products that meet industry standards.
Eleventh coordinate and solve all kinds of disputes related to the wedding industry, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members.
Twelfth organizations to carry out academic and business exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad wedding industry.
Thirteenth to undertake the affairs entrusted by the relevant government departments.
Fourteenth to undertake other tasks assigned by China Social Workers Association.
Chapter III Members
Article 15 The Committee adopts a membership system, and members are divided into group members and individual members.
Social organizations with the same or similar purposes as this Committee and institutions engaged in wedding culture, wedding service and wedding industry all over the country recognize the articles of association of this Committee and can become group members of this Committee upon application.
People from all walks of life engaged in wedding, wedding custom culture research and publicity, wedding product research and development, wedding supplies sales, wedding celebration service and related industries, as well as people concerned about the wedding industry, recognize the articles of association of this Committee and can become individual members of this Committee upon application.
Article 16 Members shall enjoy the following rights:
The right to vote and stand for election;
(two) the right to suggest and criticize the work of this Committee;
(three) to participate in various activities and meetings organized by the Committee;
(four) enjoy the preferential treatment provided by the Committee to members;
(five) to obtain all kinds of information exchange, industry trends and product promotion services provided by the Committee for members;
(6) In case of any dispute between members of this Committee or between members and citizens, legal persons and other organizations outside this Committee, members have the right to request coordination and assistance from this Committee.
(seven) to obtain priority service rights among members;
(8) Freedom of membership and withdrawal.
Article 17 The obligations of members are as follows:
(1) Abide by the articles of association of this Committee, implement the resolutions of this Committee and safeguard the interests of this Committee.
(two) to complete the relevant tasks entrusted by this Committee.
(3) Accept the supervision and guidance of this Committee;
(four) actively participate in academic research, information exchange, appraisal and commendation, training and observation, conferences and exhibitions, social services and other activities sponsored or advocated by this Committee.
(five) to pay the membership fee according to the regulations.
Article 18 Members shall strictly abide by the Articles of Association and the relevant provisions formulated in accordance with the Articles of Association. Violation of the Articles of Association and relevant regulations, resulting in serious consequences or adverse social impact to the Committee, will be punished after discussion and approval by the Council (or the Standing Council), and depending on the seriousness of the case, give warnings to the industry, cancel membership and announce the decision of the Committee to the public.
Article 19 Membership procedures
(a) truthfully fill in and submit the membership application form;
(2) payment of membership fees;
(three) after the approval of membership, awarded membership certificate or plaque, become a member of this committee.
Article 20 Procedures for withdrawal of members
(1) A member who requests to leave shall submit a written application to this Committee and report it to this Committee for the record;
(two) from the date of receiving the application for withdrawal of members;
(3) A member's membership certificate or plaque shall be returned to the Committee on the date of submitting a written application for withdrawal.
Article 21 When the membership fee paid by a member exceeds the validity period, it shall be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
Twenty-second group members, such as division, merger, transfer and other rights and obligations change, must go through the registration formalities in this Committee.
Chapter IV Institutions
Article 23 The highest authority of this Committee is the member congress.
Article 24 The functions and powers of the general meeting of members are:
(1) To formulate and revise the articles of association of this Committee;
(2) Electing and dismissing members of this Committee;
(three) to consider the work report and financial report of the Council of this Committee;
(4) Deciding on other major matters.
Twenty-fifth members' congress can only be held when more than two-thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolution can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives are present.
Twenty-sixth members' congress is held every three years. Due to special circumstances need to be held in advance or postponed, must be approved by the Council, and reported to the China Social Workers Association for approval. The extension shall not exceed one year at the longest.
Article 27 The Council is the executive body of this Committee. When the Congress is not in session, lead the Committee to carry out its daily work and be responsible to the Congress.
Article 28 The functions and powers of the Council are:
(a) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress;
(2) Electing and dismissing directors and deputy directors;
(3) Hiring honorary directors and conferring honorary titles;
(four) to decide on the punishment and expulsion of members;
(5) Deciding to set up an office;
(six) to lead the work of the institutions of this Committee;
(seven) to report the work and financial situation to the members' congress;
(eight) to formulate internal management system;
(9) Deciding on other major matters.
Article 29 The Council shall convene a meeting once a year, and it may also be convened by means of communication under special circumstances.
Article 30 A meeting of the board of directors shall be held only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only after being voted by more than two thirds of the directors present.
Article 31 The Committee shall establish a standing council, which shall be elected by the council. The Standing Council is responsible to the Council and exercises the functions of Article 28, paragraphs 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, when the Council is not in session.
Article 32 The Standing Council shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the executive directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than two thirds of the executive directors are present.
Article 33 The Standing Council shall convene a meeting every six months, and it may also be convened by means of communication under special circumstances.
Article 34 When the Standing Council is not in session, the important work of this Committee shall be decided by the director's office meeting. The director's office will be composed of the director, deputy directors and directors. The meeting was presided over by the director. The functions and powers of the director's office are:
(a) Implementing the resolutions of the Standing Council;
(two) to organize the implementation of the annual work plan, formulate the working system of this Committee, and report it to the Council and the Standing Council for approval;
(three) to study the matters that need to be decided collectively in daily work. Major issues should be reported to the China Social Workers Association for approval.
Article 35 The Committee shall have one chairman and several vice-chairmen. The director and deputy director are elected by the Council and re-elected. The legal person in charge of this Committee is the director. The director presides over the overall work of the Committee. The deputy director assists the director in his work. When the director leaves the meeting, the executive deputy director shall preside over the work.
Article 36 The Committee shall have honorary directors and advisers. Honorary directors and advisers shall be appointed by the Standing Council.
Article 37 The Committee implements the director responsibility system under the leadership of the director, with one director and several vice-directors. The chairman is appointed by China Social Workers Association and re-elected. The Director-General is responsible for the daily work of the Committee. The Deputy Director General assists the Director General. Deputy Director-General is nominated by the Director-General and appointed by China Social Workers Association.
Article 38 The qualifications of the director, deputy directors and directors are as follows:
(a) adhere to the party's principles, lines and policies, abide by national laws and regulations, and have good political quality;
(two) love social work, have great influence in the wedding industry, and make outstanding contributions to the development of the industry;
(3) Being in good health and able to stick to normal work;
(4) Having not been subjected to criminal punishment of deprivation of political rights;
(5) Having full capacity for civil conduct.
Article 39 The term of office of the chairman, vice-chairmen and directors of this Committee is three years.
Article 40 The Committee shall set up an expert committee. The expert committee is mainly responsible for theoretical research and guidance, major scientific research projects, important decision-making demonstration and related policy consultation. Experts are composed of senior experts who have certain attainments and influence in the wedding industry and related industries and disciplines. The expert committee shall have a chairman, and deputy directors (several) shall preside over the work of the expert committee. Members of the expert Committee enjoy the treatment of the executive director of the association.
Chapter V Funds and Assets
Article 41 The sources of funds for this Committee are:
(a) donations from domestic and foreign organizations, groups and individuals;
(2) Income from carrying out various activities or services within the approved scope;
(3) Funds for services entrusted by the government;
(4) interest;
(5) membership fees;
(6) Other lawful income.
Article 42 The funds of this committee must be used for the business scope and career development stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.
Article 43 The Committee shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting information.
Article 44 The Committee shall be equipped with financial personnel with professional qualifications. Accounting personnel shall not concurrently serve as cashiers. Accountants must conduct accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When accounting personnel are transferred or resigned, they must go through the handover procedures according to the regulations.
Article 45 The assets management of this Committee must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the general meeting of members and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to the state appropriation or social donation, it must accept the supervision of audit institutions and publicize the relevant information to the public in an appropriate way.
Article 46 Before the Committee changes the person in charge of a legal person, it must accept the financial audit organized by China Social Workers Association.
Article 47 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Committee.
Article 48 The wages, social insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of this Committee shall be implemented with reference to the provisions of relevant state institutions.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 49 The termination procedure of this Committee and the property disposal after termination shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of China Social Workers Association.
Article 50 Any amendment to the articles of association of this Committee shall be approved by the Council and submitted to the members' congress for deliberation and adoption.
Article 51 The Articles of Association was adopted by the general meeting of members on June 27th, 2007.
Article 52 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of this Committee.
Article 53 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by China Social Workers Association.
