If the system prompts that you can't place an order when registering, it means that you can't make an appointment to pick it up at present, so you can choose to mail it yourself and send it by other express delivery according to the address of the maintenance center prompted by the system. After mailing, you can supplement the registration of the express delivery number to generate the case number.
