Baoquanling belongs to Hegang, Heilongjiang Province, and is the location of Baoquanling Branch of the State Administration of Land Reclamation. Baoquanling is the Baoquanling branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Bureau, which is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province and the triangle where Heilongjiang meets Songhua River. It is bounded by Heilongjiang and Russia in the north, and the border line is 160 km long. The Songhua River in the south flows from southwest to northeast, connects the southeast vein of Xiaoxing 'anling in the west, and spans five counties of Harbin, Jiamusi, Hegang, Suibin, Luobei, Tangyuan and Yilan, with a total area of 6 1 15 square kilometers.
