(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 55 years of age, and continuous teaching for fifteen years;
(2) If the male is over 55 years old and the female is over 50 years old, and has been teaching continuously for fifteen years, the hospital at or above the county (city) shall prove that the county (city) education administrative department has confirmed the loss of working ability;
(three) disabled in the line of duty, proved by the county (city) hospitals, county (city) education administrative department confirmed the loss of working ability.
2. Living allowance standard for rural private teachers: The living allowance for rural elderly and disabled private primary and secondary school teachers after leaving their jobs is paid monthly by the original work unit. There is no uniform provision for the standard of living allowance in the whole country, and all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall formulate it on their own according to the local economic situation. However, the minimum subsidy standard shall not be lower than the state subsidy in the current private teacher subsidy.
3, who are eligible to enjoy the living allowance of private teachers, the school is responsible for filling out the application form, the county (city) education administrative department for examination and approval and issue a certificate. The style and name of the certificate shall be determined by the education administrative departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
4. Sources of living allowance for rural private teachers: On the premise of not increasing the economic burden of private teachers, the sources of living allowance for elderly and disabled private teachers in rural areas are solved from the subsidies for private teachers issued by the state, the educational surcharge levied in rural areas and the collective self-financing. In order to ensure a stable source of funds, all localities should actively create conditions and gradually establish a private teacher welfare fund according to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the State Council on Raising Funds for Running Rural Schools (Guo Fa [1989] 174).
