Zhuge Liang is a politician, strategist, writer, calligrapher and inventor. He was the prime minister of Shu and Han during the Three Kingdoms period. Liu Bei established the Shu-Han regime in Chengdu, and Zhuge Liang was appointed as the prime minister to preside over the state affairs. Zhuge Liang was appointed as the marquis of Wuxiang, in charge of Yizhou animal husbandry.

During the Wei and Jin Dynasties, people at that time highly praised the reputation of Zhuge family on the Langya list. Zhuge Liang's representative prose works include "Be a Teacher" and "Book of Commandments". He once invented the wooden cow, the flowing horse, the Kongming lantern and so on. Zhuge Liang is the representative of loyal ministers and wise men in China traditional culture. He devoted himself to his life and died.
