Traffic control 1. On-site management measures of fireworks display
(1) Shahe West Road (both directions from Binhai Avenue to Dongbin Road) was closed from June 20 10 to June 9 10, and motor vehicles were prohibited.
(2) From 20191June1June 16: 00 to 2 1: 30, with Shenzhen Bay Talent Park as the center, Binhai Avenue (two-way from Nanhai Interchange to Zhuzilin Interchange) and Shahe West Road (two-way from Binhai Avenue to Dong Bin Interchange
(3) From 0 1 9, 10,1,0 16 to 2 1: 30, traffic control is implemented in the east-west direction (Zhuzilin Interchange to Nanhai Interchange) and the east-west direction (Nanhai Interchange to Zhuzilin Interchange) of Binhai Avenue, and it is prohibited. At the same time, the east-west direction of Binhai Avenue is divided into Huanggang intersection, Caitian intersection, Jintian intersection, Yitian intersection, Xinzhou interchange, Xiangmihu interchange and Zhuzilin interchange, and the east-west direction of Nanxin intersection and Nanshan Avenue intersection is diverted to control the number of motor vehicles entering.
Our bureau will also take measures to divert, restrict and prohibit the roads outside the traffic control area according to the actual traffic situation on the spot.
Second, adjust the access roads for motor vehicles at Shenzhen Bay Port.
Because the original traffic of Shenzhen Bay Port was affected by fireworks, Jinwan Dongsan Road to Shahe West Ramp was temporarily closed, and Dong Bin Port contacted the road entrance to Shahe West for two-way traffic, and the roads for motor vehicles entering and leaving Shenzhen Bay Port were adjusted:
(1) From 06: 00 to 265: 38+0: 00: 438+09+106:438+0:00 on June 65, except Guangdong-Hong Kong license plate vehicles, buses and taxis, other motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are not allowed to enter Shenzhen Bay Port.
(2) Vehicles, buses and taxis with Guangdong-Hong Kong license plates can reach Shenwan Port via Moon Bay Avenue and Jiang Yan Expressway, eastbound via Dong Bin Tunnel, southbound along Inner Ring Road, northbound via Keyuan South Road, eastbound via Dongbin Road or eastbound via Dongbin Road.
(3) If you leave Shenzhen Bay Port, you can leave via Dong Bin Port Liaison Road, Dongbin Road westbound, Houhai Road and Nanhai Road.
Third, there is no social parking space on the scene on the day of the fireworks show, calling on the audience who come to watch the show to travel green and take public transportation. Our bureau will send more police on duty, strictly control traffic order and strictly investigate illegal parking.
4. During the fireworks party, our bureau will intensively release the road conditions around Shenzhen Bay Talent Park through the city's road traffic information guidance screen, Sina Weibo (@ Shenzhen Traffic Police Traffic Report, @ Shenzhen Traffic Police), radio stations, Internet navigation maps and other channels. Please master the traffic dynamics before going out and choose the travel route and mode reasonably. In particular, citizens who need to enter or leave the country should try to choose customs clearance ports such as Futian, Huanggang and Luohu.
5. At that time, drivers of passing motor vehicles are requested to follow the temporary traffic signs on site, obey the command and guidance of the traffic police on duty and the on-site management personnel, and do not drive past security facilities such as warning lines, guardrails and triangular reflective cones.
